a truly car free holiday. You can book your cycle and luggage
transfer in advance and be met as you disembark from the
ferry with your bike and a route to your accommodation,
knowing that your luggage will be there waiting for you
as you arrive.
Wight Cycle Hire is keen to promote
green holidays on the island, and since the island is crossed
with many glorious off road cycle routes and bridle ways,
cycling your way around is the ideal way to do this. Maps
and guides are provided, as well as safety equipment and
a back up service should it be needed. Cycling friendly
accommodation is promoted on the site and maps and guides
can be bought on-line, so you can plan your trip before
you go. You can also leave your car at Chessell or have
your bike delivered to your accommodation.
