UNDERWATER ARCHAEOLOGY CENTRE

Housed in the arches of Fort Victoria, the Underwater Archaeology Centre provides you with the opportunity to find out more about naval history in the Solent though its interactive displays and genuine artefacts.

You can lay your hands on a cannon from a sunken ship older than the Mary Rose, or take a tour with Archie O Logy to find out about the workings behind marine archaeology. The centre holds family activity days throughout the summer, such as becoming a pirate or bone identification.
