 These
rare creatures are only able to thrive in Ventnor
because of its warm and sunny aspect, so they are
an ideal "mascot" for tourism in Ventnor.
As well as a leaflet regarding
wall lizards, which has been produced in partnership
with Wight Wildlife and delivered to all local
households, we have created new habitats for wall
lizards by building a new dry stonewall in Ventnor
Botanic Gardens.
