ISLE OF WIGHT MUSIC FESTIVAL : TBC 2007

In the music festival calendar, early June is now very much associated with the Isle of Wight Festival and 2006 was no exception, with ‘The Prodigy’ successfully headlining the opening night on Friday.

In previous years 'Nokia Isle of Wight Festival' has had some immense acts such as REM, The, Who, Faithless, Morrissey, Roxy Music, Snow Patrol and Embrace and many others, it's not surprising. But, it's more than just great, live music: the laid-back vibe (which the Island's famous for), the beautiful setting and the feeling of connecting with past festival history, all conspire to create a unique festival experience.
