The rear decked patio overlook the gardens where you can watch the red squirrels living in the area. Guests also have use of all facilities including Indoor Pool, Gym, Tennis court at the Upper Chine Holiday Cottages.

Tucked away from the main road and yet only a short stroll to the heart of the famous Old Village with its picturesque thatched cottage tearooms, gift shops, pubs and restaurants. The cliff path and steps leading to a lovely sandy beach are approximately 10 minutes walk through Rylstone Gardens and the famous Shanklin Chine is only a short walk away.
