all year. This peaceful guesthouse is located close to
the bus station, shops & beach and within 100yds
of the train station making it an ideal place to explore
the island. Off road parking also available. Shanklin
is the last stop for the Island Line train service that
connects to Ryde Pier Head Ferry Terminal, linking to
Portsmouth, and onwards into London and the rest of the
Mainland. The rail service and a regular bus service
close by, Atholl Court is an ideal place to have a car-free
holiday.
All rooms are en-suite, with family, double and twin rooms
having a shower or bath. Ground floor rooms available All
rooms have Colour TV - some with Freeview, clock radio's
and Tea/Coffee facilities. Atholl Court is fully non-smoking.
Shanklin's award winning beach, town centre, The Old Village
and many fine places to eat and drink are only a 5-minute
walk away.
Atholl Court is part of the Walk Britain Scheme that offers
discount vouchers for members when staying at the hotel.
The bag tag scheme is also used and promoted. The bag tag
service collects your bags in the morning and delivers
to your next stop prior to your arrival. To facilitate
a walking holiday, packed lunches and snacks are available
on request and there is a clothes drying and boot cleaning
service.
